High speed internet/cable included.

The home has beautiful knotty pine throughout and rustic furnishings that provide a true Adirondack experience with all the modern conveniences.

Off Season - 3 night minimum @ $595 a night  

Summer Season: @ $695 per night (Saturday is the check-in/out day, 7 night minimum) 

The payment terms are as follows: 1/2 rental amount due upon booking 

The remaining balance + $500 security deposit due 60 days prior to check in  

Cleaning Fee:  $150  

Cancellation policy: 

100% refund if 60 days or more prior to check-in 

50% refund if 30 days or more prior to check in 

0% if less than 30 days prior to check in 

*If payments aren't received by the dates they are due, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Security deposit $500 is required. This is in addition to rent and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the home upon your departu

NO pets- We love animals, but due to health/allergy concerns, we cannot allow them anywhere on the property. There is a local kennel service available; Feathers & Boughs Inc, 140 Forge Street, Old Forge NY 13420. 315-369-2323. Please note: Under No Circumstances are any pets allowed on the property. Guests will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided if this policy is not adhered to. 

There is NO smoking in the home. Smoking is permitted outside, away from doors and windows. Please be sure to dispose of ALL cigarette butts in trash.

Do NOT wear snow boots/shoes in the house. All gear to be left in mudroom or front porch

Upon checkout, house to broom swept, all food and garbage removed and dishes washed and put away. All bed linens can be left in place.

Campers/RVs and tents are NOT PERMITTED 

Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years old and be present throughout the entire stay.
